Existing research on interactive-AI (IAI) is mainly focused on the developed world. TRANSFORM funded research into how IAI can be engaging in low literacy, low connectivity, and low base expertise contexts. The research was centred on using IAI to improve advice and education to Medicine Vendors around contraception and perinatal health.
