The African Reclaimers Organisation (ARO) is a membership-based nonprofit for waste reclaimers, promoting social inclusion, economic opportunities, and environmental sustainability. With TRANSFORM’s support, ARO has expanded its impact from urban Johannesburg to rural Mpumalanga and aims to divert over 5,000 tonnes of recyclable material from landfills.
