About this resource

TrustLaw is the Thomson Reuters Foundation's free global pro bono service. We connect non-profits and social enterprises with law firms that can provide free legal assistance.

We can facilitate free legal assistance for both non-profits and social enterprises with their day-to-day corporate matters, from governance to contract, to employment, banking and finance and intellectual property and technology.

We also facilitate free legal research to support and inform our members’ advocacy efforts to achieve unprecedented legal and policy reforms and strengthen the rule of law

TrustLaw membership is free and open to all non-profits and social enterprises that are registered as a legal entities in compliance with local requirements or authorities and can demonstrate financial and governance sustainability. The full eligibility criteria can be reviewed here.
